Ingredients
1 bundle asparagus, ends trimmed
4 oz prosciutto slices
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbs mayonnaise
1 Tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the asparagus, and cook for one minute. Immediately transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain. Pat the asparagus dry thoroughly with paper towels for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut all of the prosciutto slices in half. Gather three pieces of asparagus, and wrap with a piece of prosciutto. Place on the baking sheet. Repeat the process. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly coat with cooking spray.
  3. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly charred. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Drizzle over the asparagus bundles.
